Dr. Woodford is a renowned expert in the field of alcohol testing devices, as well as the testing of illegal drugs and narcotics.

Dr. Woodford has either testified or consulted with our law firm in over 100 cases to contest the results of alcohol testing devices. In addition, he has been a frequent witness for the defense to challenge chemical tests on controlled substances, with excellent results in the overwhelming majority of cases.

Walter Maddox, Certified Polygrapher
Mr. Maddox was the Chief Polygrapher for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation until he retired from that organization. He trained many of the polygraphers at that organization. His credibility with prosecutors is unsurpassed.

Since 1968, Mr. Maddox has been performing lie detector tests for both the prosecution and the defense.

Using the most modern equipment available, and videotaping every session, Mr. Maddox has been hired by our law firm to run privately administered polygraphs in appropriate cases to see if the client would be a good candidate for a state-administered test. On many occasions prosecutors accept Mr. Maddox's work without an additional test by the State.

Michele LaVecchia, Private Investigator
Hard working, intelligent and aggressive but with an engaging smile, Ms. LaVecchia has a keen knack for getting information from witnesses and from police officers.

Hardly a week goes by without a report being submitted by Ms. LaVecchia concerning the investigation of a client's case. Prompt, efficient detective work early in a case has often proved the difference between success and failure.

Our firm has contacts with an assortment of experts who do multidimensional assessments for chemical dependency, alcoholic evaluations, anger management evaluations, and treatment for any of the foregoing if deemed necessary.

For those clients who have been accused of violating Internal Revenue laws, we have former special agents with many different talents to assist the client to help prepare their cases.
